Roasted Tri-Colored Potato with other Root Veggi

1. Organic Purple, Red, Yellow potato
2. Organic Sweet potato/Yam
3. Organic Carrots
4. Green color pumpkin
5. Garlic
6. onion powder+dry parsely
7. Sea salt
8. EVOO

*cut them all into cube size, mix all the ingredients together
*roast them in oven, 400 F or 450F till golden brown!!

*A very colorful and eye cathing dish!!
