**This is a very popular Traditional Taiwanese dish. Especially during summer!

**Cold noodle with the FRESH HAND-MADE Sesame sauce (Beat all the store-bought!) and the sweet/sour/spicy soy sauce mixture definitely COOL us down during hot summer days!!

** Fresh hand-made sesame sauce has the strong aroma, and smell sooo good!!

**The sweet, sour, and spicy combination can stimulate our appetite!!

**Thin slices of cucumber and carrots are not just for nutritional value, but can also cool us down! Oh also, very colorful and nice presentation!

**I use spinach noodle, cuz I saw this in a supermarket and it tasted quite good! Do not overcook the noodle... make it Al dente!
